Steel Chicks’ mentoring program is designed to support career development, foster connections, and inspire leadership. It's purposefully structured to equip women with the personalised support and insight they need to achieve their career goals.

Program structure
The mentoring program pairs mentees at all career stages with experienced steel industry professionals. It’s delivered within structured 6-month timeline, with pairs checking in for around 2 hours a month to:
