Workplace learning and skill-building

Interns gain while working alongside experienced professionals. Rotating through multiple areas, they gain exposure to various roles across estimating, drafting, contract administration, project management, procurement, production, steel modelling / detailing, and site engineering.

Intern with Steel Chicks

Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic 6-week or in-depth 12-week internship, guided by a Steel Chicks mentor and in-house supervisor. You'll learn in both office- and site-based environments, with travel and lunch expenses covered, and bonuses including access to Steel Chicks networking events.
